Managing Director and Senior Valuer
Almost 40 experience as auctioneer and general valuer for London and provincial auction houses. Matthew has run a busy salesroom and opened valuation offices, and in a senior valuer position is experienced in carrying out cataloguing and valuations, especially for sale and probate purposes.
Site manager
Malin has recently joined The Auction Hub from Sweden, where she has worked with auctions for over 20 years in a variety of senior roles. Beside being a general valuator she’s a specialist in Vintage Fashion and member of the Swedish Antique Roadshow.
Cataloguer
Josh has recently joined The Auction Hub taking on the role of cataloguer. Having been saleroom manager of a busy Cotswold auction house for the last five years, he assisted with the cataloguing, photography and stock control of numerous large country house sales. He brings a wide range of experience and a good general knowledge of antiques.
Shipping
Christopher’s career in Antiques started at Phillips Auctioneers , Bath, in the early 1990’s. After three years heading the Furniture and Works of Art Department he went on to manage his family’s Country House Hotel in Wiltshire for ten years. Christopher then went on to work for private clients - handling and cleaning their silver, porcelain, glass and fine art collections. The 30 year circle is now complete and he thoroughly enjoys researching, packing and shipping items at The Auction Hub.
